Program Description

Program exists to build a community of resources, services, for caregivers and consumers that collectively form a foundation of support for independent living. We encourage an integrated community that equally welcomes all members, all disabilities and cross-disabilities.

Independent living program (day program), information & referral, peer support, advocacy, community transition services,
life skills and adjustment counseling; north metro specialized employment program
