Program Description

DayBreak is an adult day program where the 24/7, at home caregiver can bring their loved one for meaningful activities and social interaction in a "home away from home" setting. Activities include pet therapy, intergenerational connections, arts and crafts, field trips/outings, music therapy, backyard fun, exercises, word games and trivia, and more.

Programs Available

Respite for the 24/7 caregiver while providing meaningful activities and social interaction for their loved one-preventing a premature nursing home placement.
